Please contact reception if you have any enquiries or we can assist you with anything. Including but not limited to more milk, towels and soap.
Reception hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm – for any assistance outside these hours please call 0419 353 867 to speak with our night caretakers.
Should you require a wake up call this can be arranged by notifying reception by 8pm the night before.

All stations are preset so please do not tamper with the tuning controls as this will affect all channels.
DVD’s
There are DVD’s available for your viewing from reception for a $10 deposit per movie, this will be refunded on return of the DVD to the office; you can view the movie list at reception until 8pm.
Will be left at Reception for collection.
Messages
Where possible, messages will be delivered to rooms, however we do suggest that you check at reception for incoming messages.
Departures
Guests are reminded to vacate their suites by 10:00am on the day of departure, late checkout can be organised by notifying reception, a surcharge will apply.
Extended Stay
Should you desire to extend your stay, kindly, advise the office as soon as convenient.
Heating/Air Conditioner
The heater / air conditioner can be turned on using the remote control mounted on the wall. Please allow 15 mins for the room to get to the desired temperature.
BBQ
The Barbeque area is available for your use free of charge, but must be left clean in consideration of other guests.
Laundry
Our own laundry facilities are at your disposal between 3pm-8pm.
Fax Service & Photocopying
This service is available at Reception. A charge will apply per copy.
Domestic Pets
Health regulations do not allow domestic pets in suites, other than our Pet Friendly room.
Visiting Guest
All visitors not staying must leave the premises by 8pm.
Towels
Please do not take towels off the premises of the motel.
Tourist Information
The reception desk can provide you with information regarding local and regional site seeing. Please help yourself to any of the brochures in the compendium in your room.
Lost and Found
Housekeeping retains lost property for three months. Should you need to trace lost property please contact Reception.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm. To ensure a happy stay for all our guests.
