Bookings and Cancellation Policy
All bookings made directly with the motel via website or phone call / walk in require 100% payment at time of booking. (Guest’s who book through a third party must refer back to their original agent for applicable terms and conditions)
- Guests must provide a valid credit card to be held on file for the duration of their stay (By Law, credit card details are automatically deleted at checkout by our system)
- Bookings are all non refundable and dates are non changeable.
** Unmitigated Circumstances
Changes to dates due to unmitigated circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis and can only be approved by motel owner.
The below conditions need to be met before changes to dates will be approved:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of stay are ineligible. (Excluding Tradies / VIP’s who can cancel within 24 hours)
- Date change is allowed one time only.
- New dates must be provided within 24 hours of notifying the motel or the booking will automatically cancel in our system. We have no control over this.
- New dates must be for stays within 30 days of original booking. (excluding Tradies / VIP’s who have 60 days)
- New dates will be charged at the rate of the new dates as advised at time of change, with the balance payable by the guest.
- Changes with a rate less than original booking are charged at original rate.
– Please Note No visitors after 8pm and please No noise after 9pm. Excessive Noise after 9pm will result in one warning, any excess noise after warning will result in immediate expulsion.
-Noise complaint -If you have a noise complaint please contact the managers on 0419 353 867 or ring the doorbell at reception we’re here 24 hours 7 days and will resolve any issues immediately!
NO Smoking- Please note our rooms are all non-smoking. Smoking inside will incur a $150 penalty applied to your credit card. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the only designated area located at the BBQ where the smoking signs are located.
Departure- Check out time 10:00am late checkout can be organised- fees apply please ring reception. On departure, please leave your room blinds up.
